TabTrade — The Short Version
TabTrade opened in March 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.
That last detail is relevant. It says the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. It is preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.
The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.
What you can trade: forex, indices, metals, commodities, shares, crypto, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that launched in March 2026, that range is broad.
What You Trade On
They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Two major platforms from one account. Most brokers pick one platform. Getting both matters. Pick what suits your style.
MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.
cTrader is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 after using both.
FIX API is available for bots but requires the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is reportedly coming. That would make the platform set once it is live.
Costs
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Straightforward. $0 to start. Works for people who want simple pricing.
Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost sometimes sits under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. Tab Trade has no minimum.
VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, negotiated fees. Not relevant to the average person. Skip it unless you move real size.
Execution Speed
This is the area where Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. Those are proper execution targets. Most retail brokers run hundreds of milliseconds.
Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. The point is the setup is serious. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Put together that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering holds up. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.
Safety
Here is the part you need to be straight about. TabTrade is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Plenty of tier-1 alternatives out there.
But. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. None of this make it safe. It should be part of your decision.
The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal works is your call.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Typical welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker top up your balance. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before funding.
