What to Make of TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

Tab Trade - What It Is

TabTrade opened in March 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection is relevant. It says the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. Still more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same data centres institutional desks use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

What you can trade: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, equities, crypto, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a platform that is a few months old, that coverage is broad.

Platforms

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a browser platform. Two major platforms from the same login. Most brokers pick one platform. Getting both matters. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you have traded on MetaTrader previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 after using both.

FIX API is offered for automated strategies but requires the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is said to be in the works. That would make the platform set once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Easy to track. Zero deposit requirement. Works for people who want simple pricing.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the raw spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. So your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. TabTrade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not for the average person. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is the thing TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. The average platform quote 100ms to 300ms.

Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That is what kind of broker this is.

Combine those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the total package is strong. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.

Regulation

Now, the part you need to be straight about. The broker is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Plenty of tier-1 alternatives out there.

However. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of your assessment.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that makes sense comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

TabTrade has bonus funds of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before funding.
